The basic characteristic of batch bioreactors is their inability to inflow or outflow the substances during fermentation process. This follows in simple construction and maintenance, which significant advantage bioreactors. Unfortunately, this also results current industrial laboratory control production process duration. In some recent studies, it was shown that changing temperature could influence execution presented paper shows phenomenon be used develop closed-loop system for First, based on theoretical work, experiments, numerical methods, appropriate structure mathematical model determined parameters were identified. Next, bioreactor proposed, linear adaptive derived identified developed. Both modeling design are new represent original contributions. As expected, due non-linearity controlled plant, represents a more successful approach. simulation experimental confirm applicability proposed solution.
